I had already purchased 2 other popular Amazon eBikes before purchasing the gotrax bike. I took a chance on this brand because of some very positive video reviews I found.

The first thing I noticed was the superior packaging of the GOTRAX bike compared to the other 2 bikes I purchased. They make sure everything is very secure and padded to prevent any damage. The bike was also much more assembled than the others. It actually took me more time to unpack the bike than it took to build it. As I unpacked the bike, the design and quality was very noticeable. I was very impressed by all the components and assembly was a snap.

It was ready to go out of the box and I took it for a test ride. I enjoyed the smooth ride, shifting and breaking. The motor has a lot of power and I love how the battery is hidden in the frame.

I highly recommend this eBike and the company supporting it. I believe this bike is superior to other eBikes in the same price range. You will not be dissapointed.

The e-bike is very good. I loved it. It's very smooth to ride with gear.

Bought this bike for my wife because she wanted an electric step through. The specs for the motor and battery were good so I ordered it. I was not expecting such a nice bike! It is very user friendly and you can adjust the handle bars to suit you and your comfort. It has a decent seat and the biggest surprise was the hydraulic brakes! This bike is about 1/2 the price as a similar bike at any of our local bike shops. Shipping was included and it arrived in less than a week. Well done GOTRAX!

This is my first e-bike and I love it. My husband is thinking about buying one too! Only had one minor problem the tail light does not work. But that is ok I used a USB tail light off of a regular bike of mine. Front light works great. Works great on trails and hills in pedal assist mode I rode it 10 km in total this evening. It's just what I needed. Makes cycling fun again as I am in my 60's.
